Smile, tere's a procedure that can be followed, which makes it all 'ok'.I did 
that in the past with an R18 node (with R18C's approval) til the local net 
circumstances could be figured out.  I think the difficulty is the idea that no 
one asked first on one node. It's not a new listing though from what I gather?
(I havent looked up the name of the person since it's just a concern of those 
involved and if it's an old listing, best for te sysop to stay where they are 
if happy).
