If this was a pair of existing nodes, wouldn't listing them again and not 
bothering to tell anyone result in unnecessarily duplicated nodelist info?

I could see using a duplicate entry temporarily if someone were intending to 
physically move to another province or country, but all that's at stake here is 
that Nick just didn't want to be nodelisted in the same province as Ken Wilson.
