Correct.  Nets still have to update the REC on links til some more automated 
way of reading this information comes out, but that is expected.

Net270 is comming back to life with a new NC and they are using them too.  
Should see a few more soon. They havent established a common link between them 
yet so using RVIA data to track those we know about.

Probably time to fix my own entries.  Net275's were entered early on as 'test 
stuff'.
