In any case, the RVIA is solely informational.

It's the MRVIA which identifies routing from a hub to a whole local net.

So the buck stops with the NC involved. I would've expected that those who were 
criticising Bobby and ERNROUTE for accepting data from all available sources 
would think that this nodelist-based approach is a great idea.

Go figure.
