Actually, I dont think it's so much a matter of 'proof' as that the new sysop 
was at least told he had a local net he could join, with possible local events 
and such (cookouts, that sort of thing).

I find it hard to believe Jack Yates wouldnt respond fast.  I suspect the node 
was never told about his local net possibilities, nor was Jack contacted.

It's one thing to deal with 'Its Thursday and last second and he wants in now' 
and 'list it then never contact the involved persons so it can be swapped 
later'.  Aparently that second part didnt kick in, but it should have.  It's 
possible it's in progress now though if it's a really new listing?
