It is a RVIA flag, which means it impacts a single node. Who is responsible for keeping that flag up to date? Why the node flying it is. The positive is that the node impacted, or even a NET when it is the MRVIA flag is impacted by the actions of the person responsible for maintaining the flag. Unlike having some third party list where errors can occur for many reasons and the node/net cannot control that error at all. We will be adding a new RVIA flag in our Net this week. Dale ....
