Your listing is Ontario.  Now, unless that's bogus, you belong in Region 12.
Was referring to the ION, unpublished, out of Region listings.

Okay, now it's *1* who came to you.  Dave indicates it was more than that and
he then got tired of trying to contact the applicable *Cs.

Region 12 is doing the same thing now that was started several years ago when
Christine (NC163) nodelisted a Malaysian node.  You're offering a bandaid in
place of a solution to a problem of not being able to contact an NC.  Further,
based on the messages here, no attempt was made to contact any RC, yet all of
them can list an ION.
