The information is all over the Internet.  Type in Fidonet at any search engine
and you'll find plenty of listings.

Tell me the background behind the listing of the ION node in GA?  Jack Yates is
the applicable NC and has IP capability.  Did your NC send this node to Jack
for a listing?  Did he mention him?  How about RC18?
