Only link for you in ERNROUTE.126 that other lists missed is 1:348/815.
Only link missing for you (and it's not in any of the lists) is 1:360/5.

Jeff Smith at 1:282/0 has the Ouija board. Are you saying he wrote ERNROUTE?

That would explain what, exactly, region fourteen has to do with all of this.
