I'm not making any charges. I don't care whether you believe my explanation or 
not. I don't care how other *Cs manage their segments or deal with prospective

I don't know. He was already nodelisted when I took over. I have no idea why he 
would want to be listed in net 229; that's his business. We don't conduct 
inquisitions before or after they get listed.

I don't doubt it for a moment. I'm sure you'll have no trouble justifying
