Like most things in Fidonet nowadays, geography has nothing to do with it. 
Gangsterism exists everywhere and your nation is infamous for it. Your 
belittlement of those that live in this area is noted and typical. Threats are 
uttered by people, in this case, the Z1C. Has nothing to do with location and 
is nothing new for a Z1C.
