Of course you don't.  Policy is invoked only when it suits your purposes,

Presented who?  The prospective nodes?  Why were you presenting the option of
another local geographic area?

How about if you list the NCs who gave you this kind of response because any NC
who did should have his/her hat removed.

Provide the name of this NC as well.

And if you did, in fact, receive such responses why, praytell, did you not go
to the applicable RC?  And since ALL of these nodes are ION why didn't you
recommend to them, as I have, to get listed in the IP section of the nodelist?

Names of NCs please.  The IP section of the nodelist is for ALL ION nodes
regardless of geography.  That's were these nodes should have gone.

Course not.  You then have nothing in writing to refute and the story can
change as need be.

No, you are stacking your net with a bunch of nodes who should not be listed in
your Net or in Canada.  Now, if you wish to provide evidence that you did
contact the applicable NCs, and include their "don't bother me" responses,
perhaps there's something more to discuss.

Oh, let me guess....you sent them routed mail and never got replies. ;-)

Would like to bring your attention to one particular nodelisting in GA
(1:229/836).   Applicable NC in Region 18 would have been Jack Yates who is IP
capable and I'm quite sure there's no way you would have received a "don't
bother me" response from Jack if you had made ANY effort to contact him.  Care
to explain why you took it upon yourself to list this node?
