Understood! In any case, the first one didn't make it here but the latest one

Special note, nets 2600 and 2619 have no known upper route.  Netmail for them 
needs to arrive to 1:261 where it is placed on hold.  For ERN charts which 
require use of a TLH chart listed hub, add 1:140/1 to the end of the line. 
Z1 routing charts which do not require ending with a chart listed hub, may 
find use of the default RC number more understandable and this matches in 
region use of our routelst.r13 better.
