Then I mis-understood the rules for file echo distribution. If the TIC was
constructed solely for the Z1_REC echo, then it should have been for
everyone?

Yet there still is a possibility of a mistake; if she typed the Hatch
command using the wrong Tag name; but I admit such possibilities in view of
what I've seen posted, are becoming much more remote...

 At least by my asking question and not jumping to conclusions, more facts
are becoming known. I still do not dispell the possibility of a mistake, but
that possibility seems more remote to me now, and if Foxy wishes to persuade
me otherwise, She'd better have some solid evidence in her support.
