This would be a valid argument, were that particular file echo only used to distribute a compiled routelist; however, I'd be willing to bet it passes more files than just that. She could have been authoring a completely different file for distribution in that file echo. The fact is, I don't know what happened and I am making no assumptions whatsoever.
