Agreed, she has a responsibility to not restrict the compiled *routelist*...

This would be a valid argument, were that particular file echo only used to
distribute a compiled routelist; however, I'd be willing to bet it passes
more files than just that. She could have been authoring a completely
different file for distribution in that file echo.

The fact is, I don't know what happened and I am making no assumptions
whatsoever. I'm only demonstrating that possibilities other that what some
have already assumed still exist.
