Yes, but couldn't one just as easily say that an Echomail hub constitutes being 
a Sysop because the person is participating in Fidonet?

Well, I don't know much about PX, but I've seen a few tossers with some "odd" 
problems handling Seenbys and msgids.... The one for TBBS was an example...
