Impossible to do, since R17 decided long ago, unlike R12, to take on their own 
responsibility for distributing the regional echos instead of trusting them to 
an echomail distribution system...

Region 12 took no such steps, so they have no one to blame but themselves for 
the breach.

Question you should be asking yourself is; "Are Dale Ross and Todd Cochrane now 
reading REG12?"
