Echomail Roiuted Netmail has absolutely nothing to do with an echomail feed. 
Bob charges for the latter, but still does the former, as he /is/ the REC-17, 
at no charge.

Keep ASSuming as usual that Region 12 knows everything there is to know about 
everyone else's business...

BTW... wasn't it a former REC-12 who /denied/ a Net in Region 12 ERN services, 
as well as Regional echos, over a dispute in charging for an echomail feed?

Damn, that pot must be getting tired, always screaming black...
