It's weird only 56k Frame in Hawaii pay for mileage anything higher than
that and there is no mileage. Everyone pays the Non-Continental
surcharge though..

Our install fee for the initial T-3 at the server farm was about
$1100.00 The equipment cost are the big hit when you go from T-1 to T-3.
The price of OC-3 equipment could outfit a small army..
