Sorry, forgot who made it.

I only did a quick look.I can comb it over later.

Most of the R13 changes are either wrong, or the TLH's changed, or were already 
listed.  I didnt see a definition in the one file I checked for 'N' but that 
might be related.

Net 268, demised at request of NC.  DIRECT REQUEST.  I can forward the email.  
if he wants back in, can easily accomodate.  Was no mistake involved.

261.  No link to 2624/306 finctional but one is being established as we speak.  
It's not functional yet so not listed.  Has link to 1:10/3 (being listed if not 
already). 

150.  Was listed correctly. Has accessory back link we deleted from the ZLC 
list a short time ago.

Correct that 2600 removed the /1 address on himself and will correct that.

On 270, you are largely showing RVIA not MRVIA type links.

2700 slated for demise (along with 2630).
