I hope this does not add to the confusion. Rule 1: Any zone 1 node can submit an ERN route *PROVIDING* a) that the node at the net level has agreed to distribute netmail to ALL the members of the net by whatever means available and/or necessary *AND* b) that the node submitting the route is either the zone level hub or the end node at the net level. Rule 2: Any net can (probably should) have more than one route. Rule 3: Routes not vouched for by the NC/NEC of the net involved, or by the RC/REC of the region in which that net resides are not considered "authorized" nets, no matter how reliable the route or the information about that route. Rule 4: Unauthorized routes are noted by the presence of the "+" flag.
