somehow, somewhere you have evidently missed the fact that the ZLC was 
something created by the ZEC... and that since both spots were held, now, by 
the same person, the ZLC spot has been done away with and the listing job is 
now being done by the ZEC as it should have been all along... you can thank 
that former ZEC who didn't want to do the job himself and instead farmed it out 
to another...
