Hello Dee?????

Foxy was a volunteer while she had the ZLC "title" and remains so.  Mr. Balcom
shifted this task of production of a routelist to another person (Steve Byers)
and yet another unrecognized title was created called ZLC.

Should think a Zone Route Chart would come from the "Zone Echomail Coordinator"
and last I looked, Foxy is that person.
