      I merely supply some data to be incorporated in the ROUTELST.* that teh
ZEC1 produces.  I verify the part that I supply.  I don't believe I was 
involved in the errors that you mention.

      Actually, I'd say it's up to the individual links to decide what nets
they will accept inbound routing for.

      Like I said, up to only last week, there was NO elist record of REG12.
And I'm yet to see any rules posted anywhere, beyond your own messages.
