How can you consider the two documents you mention acceptable and accurate when 
one listed a false route to misdirect mail for one of my region's nets to some 
place in New York for half of last month and the other is very outdated?

I'm already painfully aware of the pitfalls of basing in-region routing info on 
that provided by other external lists when the outside lists are incorrect.

It may be best that I allow the individual NC/NECs to address this issue.
Each one will have to decide individually if this route is valid or not.

Not true; REG12 is and always has been a restricted admin echo. 
No REC in this region would've made the claims you've alleged.

As you had been reading the area yourself, you knew this. Don't play dumb.

Nothing changed with the most recent echo tag update. REG12 is an admin echo.
