Oh Brother!  What you expect us to fall for!

You are already nodelisted as the RC for a region in Zone 6.  You've been 
telling everyone who'll listen about how you are on your way to Japan.  You've 
been spending the past few weeks helping your downlinks find new feeds.  And 
now, all of a sudden, you try to claim that Foxy is "demoting" you as a Tier 
One hub for not having enough downlinks to qualify, and you are gracefully 
"accepting" that demotion.

Do you think we are all blonde?
