Thats not the point, these nodelist flags aint gonna do anyone a world of good 
unless every nodelist clerk uses them and *********MAINTAINS******* them, but 
you knew that.

Then in the hypothetical if they are in widespread use and a NC doesnt get an 
update listed right , if at all, how many NC heads will _you_ be asking for in 
the case the omission was due to circumstances beyond control?
