Tchk! Some of us don't find a *EC proposing to distribute misleading routing info to be particularly amusing or funny, Foxy. CAB> A quick "grep MRVIA:1:379/1 nodelist.103" shows at a minimum CAB> all of the following as direct links to Dale: 1:379, REC12, CAB> NEC229, 1:167, 1:249, 1:2404. FF> Do you _really_ think I've nothing better to do than grep the FF> zone1 nodelist for *RVIA flags?? I'm just concerned because, once again, I'm seeing inaccurate info posted. Am I seeing this because you don't know any better, or is this by design? I mention the nodelist only because every node in Fidonet is required to keep a recent copy of it. If you're missing info that's in the possession of every node in Fido, I really have to wonder. Certainly, given that the *RVIA set is very incomplete in many regions, the regional routelst files would turn up more than the half-dozen I've listed. If even the number of nets feeding from a hub isn't known, what chance is there that those nets will all be identified correctly in the final routelst? --- Msged/LNX TE 06 * Origin: Pause-Cafe Kingston 613-549-5599 telnet:cafe.dyndns.org (1:249/116) .
