Why don't you run NoBogus to delete those bogus messages before they go
upstream and cause problems for someone else? Try taking some responsibility
for your own system's problems, as every sysop should be doing, instead of
expecting your uplink to take care of your problems for you. If every sysop
did that, there'd be no need for any hubs to run NoBogus on anyone else's
mail.
