Michael, this is a software issue with Todd in as much as how certain things 
get queued from his outbound, I only brought it up to him as he shouldnt be 
jumping on others for their routing until he jumps on his issues first. The 
only issue I have seen is inherent only to areamgr responses for certain nodes 
of his that come to me instead of the affected link.
