Sorry, you guessed wrong. I write mail to Ward on a regular basis in the 
DBRIDGE echo, and not once have I ever received dupes from him whatsoever.
 
In fact, I don't think I've ever had any dupes since I've been in R18, but 
thats most likely because of my uplink or my uplink's uplink, or a variety of 
other factors.
