Because they are valid netmails going in the wrong direction even though
the rule says to put the packet on hold for the node for pickup via
ftp... It only happens once in a while with areamgr replies no others as
near as we can tell why it is doing it is beyond me and I have notified
the author of the program of the problem..

I will not run nobogus don't see the need...
