Do you mean that you have no "time paying"? I mean that if I speak by phone 
some limited quantity of minutes per month (I don't remember exactly how long) 
than I must pay something about I've said. But if I speak more than that 
limited time during the month, I must pay 9.5 kopecks (?) (about 1/3 of 
American cent) for every extra minute. When I speak a lot, the bill in the end 
of a month can be even 500 roubles, not 55 like yours. :-(
