We have to pay 120rubles a month (only _3 hours a month_). It's too small.
Every extra hour costs 40 rubles or 1.3$.  My salary is about 1500rubles or 
50-60$ (a month, not a week)
The unlimited access to I-net costs $200 (a month). I have to work for 4 
months, and only then I can buy Unlim. I-Net for a month. :-(

Our government f*cks us everyday and everywhere. :-(
