I doubt it very much, Darrell, but I don't know enough to make that call
with certainty.  I /suspect/ ignorance of the operation is responsible.  If
every sysop knew *they* have the "power", I suspect there's be a few dead
areas.

Then I want less noise, back-biting, baiting and fighting.  That's what's
killing Fido, not distro systems.  That's only a symptom, as I see it.
