Since the Z1B "lifted" the echo from the NAB, why could they not have lifted 
the NAB request removal?

In January 2000, John Bodoni was the Z1Backbone Coordinator.  By November 15, 
2000, Dale Ross was.  Why should I have written John Souvestre?

Given that my mail in the echo, went directly to a NAB ZHub, I have to assumme 
that the Z1B got it from a link.  With all due respect, that's not a separate 
distribution system.
