ZULU is a 1964 English film about the defense of Rorke's Drift by a small 
British garrison in 1879,  It was Michael Caine's first film and is still well 
worth watching.  You might also remember what Zulu spells backwards.

In fact, what was used was numbers followed by common word, e.g. PVT 125472 
Williams.

Mandy Rice-Davies I remember very well as she was involved in the 
Keeler/Profumo scandal.  I thought she was still alive but she'd be 50+ by now.

As for the Tiger joke, I'd heard it before but as a doctor joke.  Some 
professions do almost as badly as we do,:-)
