Have you checked the newer versions of IREX? I'm not sure, but
it's been a topic in the IREX echo. And WC4.20, in the Conference
Area Definitions, Conference Message Type: can be set to:
Usenet Newsgroup, public to ALL, VM tossing it should be similar
to tossing email, yes?
