Hello Backbone!

Please disregard my request to "bone" NEW_FILES.

I'll delete it from the robot

In light of Gary Gilmores input, FDN_ANNOUNCE will do just fine.

I think using this echo, FDN_ANNOUNCE, for all who care to, hubs and end nodes 
alike to post their announcements there will go far in detecting breaks, other 
errors and most certainly eliminate the type of innuendo we saw last week 
regarding file distro.
