          the subject of application programs for the Macintosh. This

          can think of. Shareware applications are included, naturally.
           Excluded is discussion about quick & handy utilities, system
          software enhancements, extensions, or control panels (ECHOMAC
          is a perfect echo for these), and offline mail readers and
          communications software (the preferred echo is MAC_COMM).
          General chatter is discouraged.  NOTE: Moderator is migrating
