Z1_POLICY
     The Z1 Policy Effort
           Z1_POLICY is an echo dedicated to the effort to draft a
          Zonal Policy document for Zone 1. Topics are restricted
          to Fidonet policy, how it affects Zone 1, and how best to
          implement a Zonal Policy that would be beneficial to all
          members of Zone 1. Distribution is restricted to Zone 1,
          but the echo is open to any Fidonet node who is listed in
          that Zone.
