Taking our "Fido Only" blinders off, there are situations where a
node, or number of nodes are members of both Fidonet and othernet(s), and
thus someone does need to know how to handle the netmail for zone 63.

Many folks in othernets have become very facile at handling the duplication of 
zone numbers.
