First of all let me say congratulations to the newly elected Standing
Members. I want to thank everyone for making this election relatively
smoothly. It has been a long time since we have had an election that
had very little controversial I was happy to see it thru to it's
conclusion.

Unless a individuals elected status can be changed thru a error that I
have made these results are final. Standing Member Term limits will be
adjusted if it is proven that I made a counting error.

Only the Ballots officially received and acknowledged by me can be
contested.

No additional ballots will be considered. It is 0200 23DEC02 these
results will remain posted for the next two weeks before becoming
officially binding.

I encourage this new team to strive to work together. You can accomplish
much. Split into working groups and get busy.
