None of which bore any traffic in the past seven days and back, ergo they are 
as dead now as they were on 01/01/2002. 2 of which dont even have a moderator.

Your users may have liked the tags, and were probably waiting for traffic to 
come in before jumping in themselves.

These echoes are dead wood, you can try to save them if you like.
