Again, I am making no threats but trying to cover Bobbys tail.

I did send a message at shutdown to all backbones.  I suspect it was  simply 
missed.  USIIA was a one way, from Southern Star, and read only.   It was low 
traffic, four to five posts a month.  It would have been easy to  miss.

Not to throw more stones at Bobby, but had he left it alone, there would have  
been no issue.  The echo was dead.  It is unfortunate that the other  backbones 
did not get the message, but these things do happern.
