I am sure Bobby will comply, he had to re-list that echo in order to request to 
have the echoes distribution discontinued.

However since this is a hobby for most of us, this network is not the place for 
threats of legal action regardless if there is a case to be had, perhaps you an 
Bobby can come to a mutual understanding and move on?
