He was the ZC of XpresitNet (aka Time Warrior), and ran a telnet BBS 
(Malkavia). He's not exactly Mr. Congeniality, and has been kicked out of a few 
othernets, but he was AFAIR still a member of Fidonet, unless he decided to 
quit. From what I've heard in othernets, his BBS has been up and down over the 
last year or so; dunno if he's presently online or not. If he was online, you 
could probably log into his BBS and download that program. I think XpresitNet 
is pretty much dead now, but a friend of his sometimes posts that Dave's BBS is 
up on occasion.

I think the telnet addy /was/ malkaviabbs.darktech.org. If not, maybe try 
malkavia.darktech.org.

put you in touch with that friend of his, and maybe he can get ahold of the
