Yes, take 4 messages in all of August, 3 messages the first week of Sep, 1 
message the 2nd week and 4 message the 3rd week and 0 messages this past week 
and you get 12 messages in a 2 month period of time.

Yes, but in light of information coming in stating that a Fido presence in 
Mexico is now absent and that the echo with its stated purpose is now been 
absorbed by 2 other latino echoes, this is a moot exercise.

The practices in place which have superseded yours and my own presence in 
Fidonet, in which the MOD of RECORD can pull an echo for any reason.

I do disagree with Bobby's motives since he didnt have the echoes interest at 
heart, but information came to light with said echo that makes sense pertaining 
to this echo. His stunt with the prior 50 some echoes speaks of something else.
