Yes, we were waiting only to have sure that mexican nodes were not
active anymore. We have LATINO in int'l backbones and a whole set of
hispanic ESP.* areas that are shared by systems in Z4+Spain+other
nodes interested.

What can I add to this... all sysops/users that wrote there in the
last one year were from Spain,Brasil,Argentina,Colombia,Russia, and
all are also linked to LATINO (and to many ESP.* areas).
