In either case; if a mail mover's not doing his job, he ought to stand aside 
and let someone who will do it, do it.

Where's the sense of responsibility to his downlinks? I would certainly never 
treat my downlinks in this manner; if I didn't care about their needs, I 
certainly never would have taken on the responsibility to move mail for others. 

The sad part is that all of Fidonet suffers, not just one node's downlinks.
